  How unique is the project? How many of your own ideas were used? Were there projects such as the following in your past experience/you've seen before?
• Technicality
  How advanced is the project? How many different concepts were used? The level of difficulty?
• Compatibility
  Does this product work on all devices? Is it compatible with both mobile/PC users?
• Completion
  Does the hack work? Did the team achieve everything they wanted?
• Learning
  Did the team stretch themselves? Did they try to learn something new? What kind of projects have they worked on before?
• Adherence to Theme
  Does the hack adhere to the event's theme? Does it implement that theme fully or just partially? How important was their project to solving the problem/theme they picked?
• Design
  Did the team put thought into the user experience? How well designed is the interface?
